Inquiry/Visit
We enjoy welcoming prospective students/parents, guests and visitors to Premier Insternational School. If you would like to schedule a school visit or tour, please call the admissions office on:
to arrange your visit. If you are interested with speaking with a specific member of staff e.g. in the pre-school, elementary, etc. or seeing specific amenities e.g. sports facilities, lunch arena, etc. please inform us when you call to arrange your admission tour or visit and we will do our best to accommodate you.
During your visit, you also will meet with an admissions officer. The goal of this conversation is to get to know you. We will find out about your child’s academic performance, extracurricular interest(s), community service interests and anything else of particular interest to you. We will also sit down with the parents/guardians and students and answer any questions you might have. Feel free to come prepared with lots of questions.

Premier is located at 26 N’Djamena Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja. To get to Premier, you can either come down from Banex junction towards Wuse Market or from Wuse Market towards Banex junction. Premier is located behind K City Plaza on No. 26 N’Djamena Crescent, just off Aminu Kano Crescent. When you arrive at the school the security guards will show you where to park and lead you to the Admissions Officer who will attend to your inquiries while giving you a guided tour of the school. Your tour of the school will last about 15 to 45 minutes depending on how much time you may have to spare.

APPLICATION MATERIALS FOR ALL PROSPECTIVE STUDENTS
Below is the list of documents to be submitted when applying to Premier:
  1. Application form @ N5 000 per copy (for Nursery/Primary schools) and N7 500 per copy (for Secondary school), payable via bank transfer, draft or at the school POS [Application forms can be picked up in person, Download Here or You can also Apply Online]
  2. 2 Recent Passport Photographs (Nursery/ Primary/ Secondary)
  3. Photocopy of birth certificate or passport data page (Nursery/ Primary/ Secondary)
  4. Photocopy of the child’s Immunization card (Nursery)
  5. Most recent academic report from current school (Nursery/ Primary/ Secondary)
  6. A personal character recommendation from latest school attended (Secondary)

Pre – School / Creche Admission
Admission into the pre-school begins first with an inquiry by the parent/guardian via phone, email or a physical visit to the school to find out if a place is available for the child. Where a vacancy exists, the parent is then provided with an application form upon request by the parent/guardian and at a cost of N5 000 only (this cost is subject to routine reviews), which can be downloaded, emailed or picked up at the school premises. The completed application form is then to be submitted alongside other necessary documents as listed above. (See: Application Materials for All Prospective Students above).
Elementary School
Admission to the Elementary school also begins with an inquiry by the parent or guardian via phone, email or a physical visit to the school to confirm space availability in the desired class. Where a vacancy exists, the parent is then provided with an application form on request by the parent/guardian and at a cost of N5 000 only (subject to review), which can be downloaded, emailed or picked up at the school premises. The completed application form is then to be submitted alongside other necessary documents as listed above.
Following the submission of the application form, the student will be registered to take an entrance test. The date and time of the test are communicated to the applicants on or before submission of completed forms. Candidates for Year 1- Year 6 are tested on English and Mathematics skills. A child is placed into a class based on his/her performance in the entrance test. His/her place is confirmed upon payment of the Registration and Tuition fees within the deadline stipulated on the admission letter. Where there is doubt regarding the child’s performance level, he/she could be placed in a class for a trial period not exceeding one academic year.
Where a candidate does not perform satisfactorily, the candidate could be:
  1. He/she could be offered admission in a lower class.
  2. 2. He/she could also be enrolled for “One-on-One Learning Support” programme for a period not exceeding one academic year and at an extra fee of N75,000 only (subject to review).
Secondary School Admission
To qualify for entry into the Secondary school, a student is expected to have completed 6 years of primary education and attained the age of 10 by the September 1st in the year for which admission is sought. Admission into the Secondary school begins as usual with an inquiry by the parent/guardian via phone, email or a physical visit to the school to confirm space availability in the desired class. Where a vacancy exists, the parent is then provided with an application form on request at a cost of N7,500 only (subject to review), which can be downloaded, emailed or picked up at the school premises. The completed application form is then to be submitted alongside other necessary documents as listed above.
An entrance examination and oral interview will be conducted for the candidates. Candidates for Year 7 to Year 9 write three exams in English, Mathematics and a General Assessment Paper while candidates for Year 10 to Year 12 write only 2 examinations in English and Mathematics only. Admission offers are made only to successful candidates. A candidate’s place is confirmed upon payment of the minimum deposit (Acceptance fee) within the deadline stipulated.
Where a candidate does not perform satisfactorily, the candidate could be:
  1. Offered admission into a lower class.
  2. Enrolled for “One-on-One Learning Support” programme (for a period notexceeding one academic year and at an extra fee
Learning Support Unit Admission
Admission into the LSU Is open to all interested parents/guardians and their wards. The admissions process is made up of the following steps:-
  1. The parents fill out an assessment form, which forms the basis for discussion between the Parents and Head of the Learning Support Unit.
  2. The child then undergoes a formal assessment to determine the child’s support needs.
  3. The child is placed into a class year based on his/her neurological age group and an individualized education plan is drawn up for the child.

FOR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES
  1. Successful candidates will be notified within 2 weeks of completing the exam of the outcome of their application via SMS, Email or Phone call.
  2. A provisional letter of admission is issued for collection/can also be emailed to the parent/guardian.
  3. Acceptance letter signed and returned with all required Tuition deposit payment.
    a. Payments are to be made to designated banks by bank draft, bank transfer or via POS on school premises. Accounts department receives the bank slip/draft and issues a receipt and a payment card. (The receipt is very important so please keep it safe).
  4. Students are expected to present payment receipts at the school’s store for collection of uniforms and books on or before resumption day. They are also assigned to classes on presentation of same receipt.
  5. Students admitted into Secondary school are expected also to appear smartly dressed in their uniforms for the Orientation programme, which usually takes place 2 days before the entire school resumes. The orientation dates will depend on the dates for the normal school resumption.
