To qualify for entry into the Secondary school, a student is expected to have
completed 6 years of primary education and attained the age of 10 by the September 1st
in the year for which admission is sought.
Admission into the Secondary school begins as usual with an inquiry by the
parent/guardian via phone, email or a physical visit to the school to confirm space
availability in the desired class. Where a vacancy exists, the parent is then provided with
an application form on request at a cost of N7,500 only (subject to review), which can
be downloaded, emailed or picked up at the school premises. The completed
application form is then to be submitted alongside other necessary documents as listed
An entrance examination and oral interview will be conducted for the
candidates. Candidates for Year 7 to Year 9 write three exams in English, Mathematics
and a General Assessment Paper while candidates for Year 10 to Year 12 write only 2
examinations in English and Mathematics only. Admission offers are made only to
successful candidates. A candidate’s place is confirmed upon payment of the minimum
deposit (Acceptance fee) within the deadline stipulated.
Where a candidate does not perform satisfactorily, the candidate could be:
- Offered admission into a lower class.
- Enrolled for “One-on-One Learning Support” programme (for a period notexceeding one academic year and at an extra fee
